Camping Bosco Selva is a comfortable (3 star), 11.000 sqm campsite situated in a lush pine and oak forest which offers its guests a refreshing shady respite in the hot days of summer. It is located about half a mile (800 m.) from the famous trulli zone of Alberobello – a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Camping Bosco Selva is a wonderfully relaxing place to spend some time due to the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere there which is also thanks to the professionalism of the hands-on owners. The owners, along with the rest of the staff, strive each day to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay, by maintaining everything in perfect working order. An environment that has, in its love for nature, for tranquillity, for safety, and for cleanliness, the winning formula.

Camping Bosco Selva has unassigned pitches which are in a tree-covered area. There are EU approved electrical connections. Tents, caravans and campers alternate creating , thanks to an international clientele, a festive and lively area.

Furthermore, comfortable mini apartments are available which are equipped with showers, cooking facilities, autonomous climate control, double beds or bunk beds, outside veranda with a table and benches. There is access to a communal area with a barbecue (BBQ). Reservations are required.
Newly and completely renovated spacious hygiene facilities are available – consisting of toilets, sinks, showers, clothes-washing station, pots and pans deep sinks and feet washing facilities. Handicap facilities are available.

Hot water is always available and is included. All water is drinkable (potable). An emptying service for chemical toilets and a water-refilling service complete the range of comforts for the guests.

All guests may freely use the communal fridges.

The campsite has a minimarket, stocked with all necessities and a bar. Guests can taste typical Apulian specialities and drink excellent wines less than a mile away (1 km) from the campsite in a traditional and refined setting in the centre of Alberobello. The restaurant has a special agreement with the campsite.

The reception of Camping Bosco Selva is at the disposition of its guests to satisfy any request of information or reservations.

For sporty types, life is intense. In fact, there is the possibility to play tennis, bocce (Italian bowls) and table tennis. Outdoor runners and walkers will be overwhelmed by choice by the thousands of paths in the forest which is beside the campsite.

It is possible to request: guided tours of fortified “masserie”, castles, cathedrals, historical town centres, bicycle excursions, boat trips, horse-riding, bicycle and boat hire, 100 metre swimming pools , a new 18-hole golf course (23km/14 miles)

Furthermore, a free comfortable shuttle service from the campsite to the beach is available.

A winter storage service for caravans is also possible.

Camping Bosco Selva, thanks to a favourable geographical position, is the ideal starting point for numerous tourist attractions that abound in the hilly inland, steeped in history and art, from the Adriatic coast to the Ionian coast, characterised by long sandy expanses, interrupted by marvellous rocky coast lines and coves, where the sea is still uncontaminated and it is possible to admire breath-taking panoramas. These are some of the local towns that are easily accessible from the campsite: Alberobello, Castellana Gotte, Cisternino, Matera, Martina Franca, Fasano, Ostuni, Poligano a Mare.
