Description:
We are a 4 star family holiday park located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. We take tents, caravans and motorhomes.
Callow Top has excellent facilities including and outdoor heated swimming pool (open May - September), traditional English pub & restaurant, shop, toilets, showers, laundry facilities, on site cycle hire and coarse fishing, children's play area, pool tables, table tennis and amusement arcade.
There are very good walking and cycling routes including direct access to the Tissington Trail cycle route from the site.
We are only 20 minutes walk from the market town of Ashbourne which has a wealth of shops, pubs and places to eat.

Surrounding:
Callow Top is situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park, the second most visited national park in the world. We are ideally located for exploring the beauty of the surrounding countryside and the many tourist attractions in the area. We are only 20 minutes drive away from the famous Alton Towers theme park. Also in the area: - Chatsworth, Haddon, Kedleston & Sudbury Halls Stately homes - Heights of Abraham Cable car ride, caverns and visitors centre - Gullivers Kingdom Theme park for younger children - Carsington Reservoir Visitors centre, shops, watersports & circular cycle route - Ashbourne & Brailsford Golf courses

Route:
Derby is our nearest large town. Take the A52 from Derby to Ashbourne (don't take the Derby ring road.) We are situated just north of Ashbourne in Derbyshire. The park is located on the A515 Buxton - Ashbourne road. Two large green signs mark the entrance to the park just opposite Sandybrook Garage.
