The "Camping Ammertal" is a beautiful nature campsite with its own bathing lake directly on the river Ammer. A large number of tent and caravan sites are located in the immediate vicinity of the bathing lake. Beautiful pitches await tent campers, motorhomes or caravan teams and permanent campers.
We are especially happy about families with children, but also your "four-legged friends" are welcome guests.
Our campsite is open all year round. Spend a few quiet days with us on the campsite in late autumn or winter.

AMMER Through the "Campingplatz-Ammertor" you can reach the river Ammer with a few steps. Passionate white water specialists, but also "water rats", can let off steam here to their heart's content. Endless cycle and hiking paths along the river Ammer offer a variety of recreational and sporting activities for all age groups. From a long walk with your dog or a picnic on the banks of the river Ammer, almost everything is possible. FREE TIME DESIGN AND SEEING WORTH Peißenberg is located in the centre of the Pfaffenwinkel, a particularly beautiful landscape with mighty mountains, clear lakes, gently rolling hills and magnificent colourful meadows, 159 churches and ancient monasteries, beautiful well-kept farms and countless beer gardens and inns. Our camping site is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities for leisure time or for day trips to the Upper Bavarian foothills of the Alps. From our local mountain, the Hohenpeißenberg, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Ammer Valley and the foothills of the Alps. The most inviting lakes are waiting for you in the Five-Lakes-Land and offer ideal water sports possibilities. Go on a sightseeing tour to the sights in the immediate vicinity of the campsite.
