Description:
On our island, accessible only by a floating bridge or by canoe, we have set up a small campsite for water, bicycle and other hikers. Unfortunately, it is not possible for caravans or mobile homes to reach the site. However, they are welcome to stay on our parking lot for one night at a reasonable price.
The island has about 25 tent sites. Several old fruit trees provide shade in the summer and two covered seats and a fireplace invite you to a cosy round.
A small adventure playground allows the parents to have a relaxed coffee or to put up and take down the tent.
A grill can be borrowed from us free of charge.
In our sanitary building there are family-friendly showers, toilets and a sauna available.
Breakfast rolls can be ordered from us every evening and are delivered early by the baker.
From 8.00 o'clock we offer a paddler breakfast in the early and late season. Please order this or the baker's bread rolls the day before until 18.00 o'clock.
In addition, ice cream, coffee specialities, cold drinks, bockwurst, cake etc. as well as useful camping utensils are available in the small shop.
The city centre of Wesenberg with supermarket and other shops is 1,5km away. We are happy to lend a handcart free of charge for the big purchases.
Camping costs 6,00 EUR for adults/night and 3,50 EUR for children/night.
Dogs are welcome on the site with a leash and cost 2 EUR/night.

Surrounding:
The canoe mill in Wesenberg - a former water mill is located directly on the Schwaanhavel, below the Woblitz-See. It is the ideal starting point for your canoe tour. No matter if you are on holiday for 2, 4 or 7 days, different round trips will always provide you with a varied route. For a short trip, there are various shorter stages around the mill. Thanks to the sheltered havelin position, canoeing is no problem even in strong winds.
