Description:
In the campsite itself, one can find a children’s playground, a restaurant, a swimming pool. People can play soccer, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and boules. Movies, music at the bar once a week, children’s and teenagers’ clubs, and a free internet access are also among the services “Les Rives du lac” is happy to offer you.

Surrounding:
Located in the Hautes-Alpes region, at the heart of the Buëch Country, between the alpine mountain and Provence, Veynes is a middle-sized, friendly, tourist city. Dry climate, almost permanent sunshine, and pure air are conducive to relax or to practice all kind of sport activities: Hiking, horse riding, tennis, swimming, paragliding, mountain biking, water-borne sports, climbing, potholing, etc. Nature lovers will be delighted by breathtaking landscapes: the Meouge canyon, the cliff of Céüse, the Pic de Bure. And those fond of ancient villages will have many to visit here. Campsite Les Rives du Lac*** lays next to the 5.5-ha lake Les Iscles, which offers the pleasure of lazing around and water activities (swimming, paddle boats, fishing.) Shallow water enables to lake to be warm all summer long. Life guards are on duty in July and August.

Route:
We are located one hour South of Grenoble, and 25 minutes West of Gap. From Grenoble : Highway A480 direction Sisteron. Then main road RN75 direction Col de Lus-la-croix-haute. Stay on the main road until Aspres-sur-Buëch, where you turn left direction Veynes. From Gap : after Veynes, take the direction to Serres. Our campsite is located approximately 2 km outside of Veynes.
