Since summer 2008, the German LEGOLAND® park near the Bavarian town of Günzburg has been an ideal short-break destination for families. LEGOLAND
visitors can take advantage of 72 chalets with a total of 144 family rooms, a spacious campsite, two restaurants (Buffetrestauran & Steak house), a lake with a sandy beach and numerous adventure playgrounds in an area covering almost eight hectares.

The 36,000 square metre campsite in the LEGOLAND holiday village fully caters for the needs of camping fans and (school) groups. The campsite, with its 165 pitches, is located in an idyllic setting surrounded by woodland. The caravan pitches each cover an area of 75 square metres (15x5 metres), while the pitches in the rear part of the campsite have been left grassy to welcome people with tents. There are also 12 permanently erected knights’ tents for groups, school classes and adventurous families. The campsite conforms to modern standards and has two convenient, fully-fitted toilet and shower blocks (showers, WC and washing-up facilities) and a waste-water processing plant.

Surrounding:
The LEGOLAND® Holiday Village site includes a spacious camping area directly on the edge of the forest. Here you can choose from 165 paved and unpaved pitches, each with an area of approx. 75m². Most of them also have an electricity connection. Our camping guests can also use the breakfast buffet in the holiday village restaurant for an additional charge.

Route:
Günzburg in Bavaria, Germany – conveniently situated on the A8 motorway between Stuttgart and Munich (approx. 1 hour from each by car), directly adjoining the LEGOLAND park. Visitors staying in the holiday village can access the park conveniently via a second entrance (distance to the park: approx. 500m) By car: Just off the A8 motorway, Günzburg exit. By rail: To Günzburg, and then board the Shuttle Bus. By air: To Munich, Stuttgart or Memmingen, and from there by car.
